So you're okay, then?
I didn't sleep last night; I stayed awake, tuned into CNN and BBC World, but heard nothing about the Morocco Tsunami. I was hoping that no news is good news
You're post confirms that my prayers have been answered.
Thank you, God. Thank you CNN. Praise them.
Oh yes, Allah. I forgot to thank and praise He Whose Name Cannot be Mentioned.
Phew! We're not out of the woods yet. It is a really really windy day.
Fortunately for you, I've got Joey on round-the-clock Weather Network watch. He'll be glad to let you know if something dreadful is imminent.
Thank god for a reputable source. Stuff him into a Federal Express envelope and expedite him over here!
Strangely enough, the Gorge flooded last night, which normally doesn't occur until August-September. It just poured and poured from about 8pm, and the flood came down the canyon around 10. It was a wild night. The tourists (and us, of course) were stuck at the hotel all day. Pretty cool to hear huge boulders beig tossed around like Pez candy in the water.
It's no tsunami, but perhaps qualifies as a "water event?"
Definitely a water event. It was really really windy here today. It's no tsunami, but perhaps qualifies as a "wind event?"
The science said it would not happen, I watched satellite and and ecvery other tool I had . I told every one in Sala al Jadida not to worry.
Amazing what and American air traffic controller can say and do for people and ocean away.
